Individual Therapy: $175 per 50-minute session
Family / Couples Therapy: $180 per 50 minute session
Initial Intake Session: $195
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
Telehealth & Insurance Note
Many insurance providers cover telehealth counseling sessions. Please check with your plan to confirm coverage.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

Do you accept insurance?

How do I pay for sessions?
We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash at the time of service.
How do I know if my insurance covers counseling?
We recommend calling the customer service number on your insurance card and asking about your mental health coverage, co-pays, and deductibles. We’re also happy to help guide you through the process.
Is parenting coaching covered by insurance?
No, parenting coaching is a private pay service. Many families appreciate the flexibility and privacy this offers.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Some therapists may offer reduced fees based on need and availability. Please contact us to discuss options.
What if my insurance doesn’t cover therapy or I don’t want to use it?
We offer private pay options for clients who are out-of-network, uninsured, or prefer not to go through insurance.
